Once upon a time there was a minister in a country where millions of people lacked access to essential medicines. I+solutions offered him ‘pills and skills’: make sure that essential medicines reach the hands of those who need them. The minister however felt that the services provided focused primarily on procurement and distribution of these essential medicines, and did not specifically address the people’s wants and needs.

This allowed the minister to further improve health outcomes in his country, because the services are adapted to local needs.
