Once upon a time there were two medical diagnostics centres that realised moving forward as one enabled them to deliver even better results.  But they lacked guidance on how to get everyone on board after the merger.

That’s why we designed engaging employee journeys that involved every employee in identifying core values. Through multiple internal communications channels we set them out and made sure everyone had their say.
